Non perishable foods can be dropped in to our food bins at the Elmvale Springwater Library, Elmvale Guardian Drug Store (back Door) Elmvale Foodland, Elmvale Presbyterian Church and at the food bank (side door) during hours of operation.

Thank you to those who have asked about volunteering at our food bank. At present we are not in need of new volunteers , however please continue to check our website/ social media pages for updates.

Again this year we are supported by the Simcoe County Paramedic Services. They take time to
"Stuff the Ambulance" all in support of our food bank.
Thank you to the Students of Jason Merkley's Woodworking Class at EDHS for constructing 4 beautiful, raised gardens for the food bank. The students constructed these boxes while learning about food insecurity, the cost of living and how that affects their neighbors and school community. Thank you for your hard work
The Witches and Warlocks took to the Nottawasaga River on paddle boards, canoes and kayaks to enjoy a beautiful day on the water . Thank you to everyone involved for donating to our foodbank. 8,150 Smile Cookies Sold! Thank you to all the staff and volunteers who made the smiles . All the cookies sold and a donation by the Trude Family, in the amount of $8,150.97 was accepted by Dave Don and George Begley Thank you to the Trude family for caring about our work at the foodbank.

Thank you to our community for an amazing year at our new facility. We have successfully presented the Township of Springwater with a cheque to cover the amount owing to them for the building .
Our nonprofit community is built on the ideas and experiences of our volunteers. During this pandemic the Elmvale Food bank is NOT asking for new volunteers , in order to keep our current volunteers safe.
Elmvale & District Food Bank lives entirely off donations from our generous community. We encourage food donations to our collections bins at the Springwater Libraries, Area Churches, Whitfields Pharmacy and at the food bank during our regular hours of operati
